ORDERS

 

Price

The products will be sold at the indicated price, the one collected at the time of the order confirmation by the customer.

All prices include shipping, in force but exclude Value Added Tax (VAT) that will vary depending on the number of products purchased and the country where it is delivered.

 

Order confirmation

Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of the type of products produced and sold, cancellation or refunds for products already entered into the printing stage are not possible.
The submission of the order form or any other written confirmation of order constitutes a written and binding agreement. Cancellation of this agreement by the Buyer at any stage before the printing stage will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order value.
Cancellation of this agreement by the Buyer once products have entered the print stage will be required to pay the order value in full.

HANI shall have no liability to compensate the customer for any claim pressed by the latter under this Terms and Conditions. The customer gives consent to HANI when using our products.

Product Liability

Our products are classified within the EU and UK as cosmetics. Before using our products, we recommend to read the ingredients, warnings and directions of use. It is important to keep in mind that all of our products are for external use only and are flammable meaning you should keep away from fire or flame. You should immediately stop use and ask a doctor if irritation and redness develop or persists for more than 72 hours. It is under the sole discretion of the customer to acknowledge our products and its dangers before use.
